Job description

To work with clients who are investing in hardware and software systems, or that need consultancy work carried out for their organization.
The person should be able to handle multiple clients and be persuasive and very good at negotiation. The Sales Executive’s work falls into the three main areas of pre-sales, sales, installation and post-sales support of hardware and software.
Upon completion of the installation a training seminar will be set based on customer’s convenience date and time.

Job Duties

  • Find new customers and Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Assesses client Presentation/communication needs and makes recommendations
  • Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
  • Demonstrates equipment to highlight product benefits
  • Negotiates sales and long-term contracts with clients
  • Provides Technical advice after Sales
  • Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
  • Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
  • Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research
  • Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services
  • Working closely with the Marketing Director
  • Creates marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
  • Attends sales trainings and trade exhibitions
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
