Job description

Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. It must be developed a network of new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects ,by making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Job Duties

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiative
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets
  • Pursuing leads and moving them thought the sales cycle
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients


Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager or sales executive
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Crm SofwareProficiency in English ( German and Dutch would be considered an advantage)
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills

Job Benefits

  • Base Salary starting from 2500 euro and above depending on the experience
  • Commission ( will be discussed in the interview )
