Spanish-speaking Business Developer (VAC-A768)

Job description

Our client, a CySEC licensed FX Company in Limassol, is looking to hire an experienced Spanish-speaking Business Developer.

Job Duties

• Assessing and ongoing monitoring of the constant compliance of the company with all applicable
• Responsible for building business in online forex market through gaining new customers and accounts through social media, references, previous contacts
• Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business for existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth
• Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors, activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning operation & marketing strategies
• Promote the Company’s products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners
• Plan and undertake presentations in the allocated market and/or jurisdiction
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
• Keep up to date with the financial markets and factors that influence them
• Educate clients on the Company’s trading systems
• Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters
• Communicate marketing promotions to clients, mainly by telephone, email and social network

Job Requirements

• Sales experience within the Financial / FX / Options Industry is a must
• In-depth knowledge of the online trading industry
• Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
• Excellent telesales skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven
• Strong networking capability
• Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment

Working hours:

The working hours are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
