Conversion Agent

Job description

We are looking for experienced Conversion agents that have been in a previous position for at least 1-2 years.

Job Duties

• Build and maintain relationships with customers mostly via phone
• To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
• Maximize sales activity
• To assist clients with queries regarding registration
• To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the TeamLeader / Manager

Job Requirements

• Excellent Knowledge of English(German/Dutch is considered to be an advantage) language both written and oral is a must
• At least one year previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to work as a part of a team and also flexibility with the working hours ( shifts might be required)
•  Ambitious, persuasive and highly self-motivated
