Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop business operation processes to achieve desired goals; Provide standard and ad-hoc analysis, reporting business related insights, improvement suggestions, and consultative services to unit's partners and other internal clients using business data; Support internal & pivotal initiatives.

Job Duties

What will your job look like?

You will:

  • Monitor project allocation of Optima people and ensuring that the right skillset is appointed to the right task
  • Forecast supply per domain and compare to project demand
  • Determine unit's capacity to meet the staffing requirement of projects. Develop and monitor hiring/growth plan in accordance wih project budgets
  • Overview Incubation plan and grooming of expertise
  • Contribute in setting up the Strategy for blend and expertise

Job Requirements

All you need is...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, mostly Excel
  • Can work with a team and connect with various levels – excellent communications skills are a must as you will deal with a range of characters, including very senior staff.
  • Be a fast learner and ready to learn new tools
  • Experience working as a Resource Manager in a software/IT/ Telco organization –an advantage.
  • Resourcefulness and take ownership of your own work.
  • Organizational and time-management skills
