Our client, Mvintage is a Maltese jewellery brand thatis built on the foundation of female empowerment. Their jewellery is infused with symbolism so that each woman can create her own personal narrative with the pieces she combines. Mvintage is currently looking for individuals that can help us build and tailor the culture and brand into a successful, sustainable, and fun place to work at. We are looking for positive, passionate, hardworking, and talented individuals like to help grow the company into a well-known worldwide jewellery brand.

We are recruiting a leader who is focused on the smooth running of the store operations in Cyprus. Your role will be to ensure maximisation of sales and reaching of sales targets. We need someone who is emotionally intelligent and has a positive attitude that can motivate and manage their teams smoothly.

The new store will be located in The Mall of Cyprus – Strovolos with another 5 opening around Cyprus.

Job Duties

Job Description

•     Developing business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  
•     Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
•     Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
•     Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
•     Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
•     Reporting to the sales team on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
•     Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share.
•     Conducting personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
•     Dealing with issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
•     Sell Mvintage jewellery according to campaigns and customer needs/ wishes.

Required Skills & Experience

•     At least 1 year of experience in retail in a supervisory or managerial position.
•     A proven record of successful targets and performance.
•     Be organised and methodical.
•     A strong work ethic.
•     Be data oriented with the ability to analyze data and come up with trends and reports.
•     Exceptional customer service skills.
•     Fluent in Cypriot and English language.
