Job description

  • Proactively monitor our clients infrastructure using Monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications.
  • English is required.

Job Duties

  • Proactively Monitor the clients infrastructure.
  • Manage Remote Monitoring Tool to streamline operations.
  • Add automation steps to monitor systems for unattended remediation steps.
  • Utilize ConnectWise RMM solution tools to validate system health and status.
  • Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications.
  • Knowledge of VMware administration.
  • Knowledge of Backup Technologies (Veaam, Datto, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
  • Work with monitoring tools such as ConnectWise Control, Kaseya, Nable, SolarWinds etc.
  • Basic Firewall Administration. (Fortinet, Sonicwall, Meraki etc).
  • Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
