Job description
Our client, a Marketing Solutions Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit an Office Manager / Front Desk / Secretary who will take care of the whole range of office processes. This is an office job (no remote working).
Job Duties
- Office maintenance - keep office tidy and comfortable;
- Delivery and courier service management: catering, stationary, kitchen supplies, daily incoming/outgoing correspondence;
- Work and communication with contractors to solve various office issues;
- Daily Reporting to Assistant Director;
- Lunch order management and follow up;
- Simple paperwork assistance and document filing;
- Assistance in event planning and arrangements;
- Other Ad-hoc tasks from management;
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a front desk / office manager / secretary or personal assistant;
- Fluent English is a must, Greek is a plus, any other language - advantageous;
- Highly organized - multitasker;
- Proactive.
Working hours:
The working hours are 8:30-17:00, half an hour lunch, or 8:30-17:30 - 1 hr lunch, Monday to Friday.
