Our Cyber and Strategic Risk of our Risk Advisory Services is seeking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professional to join us at the level of Manager to Senior Manager to be based in our Nicosia or Limassol Office and service our engagements predominantly in the Middle East region.

Job Duties

The Role

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Work under the direction of the Risk Advisory leadership
  • Lead the delivery of technical engagements including, penetration tests, red teaming, purple teaming and threat hunting
  • Manage the delivery of engagements locally and internationally
  • Lead the strategic direction and evolution of the technical team, including setting goals and establishing priorities
  • Drive the training program of the technical team and deliver training to the team
  • Study the techniques of threat actors and design and execute adversary simulation engagements
  • Advise clients on best practices and how to implement changes

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience managing technical teams, projects, and activities
  • Proven experience in penetration testing of network, web, mobile and web applications, and red teaming
  • Strong understanding of Red Team concepts and adversarial tradecraft
  • Strong familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK Framework
  • Ability to develop custom tools to increase the team’s capabilities
  • Proven experience in designing and scoping of penetration testing, red and purple team engagements
  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor's Degree in information security or relevant degree or equivalent experience in the sector
  • Information security related certifications. The following certifications are preferred:
  • Offensive security
  • GIAC
  • CREST
