To achieve this, we are seeking for Business and Technology Transformation Consultants (junior and experienced) to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, MENA region, and internationally.

Job Duties

The key responsibilities

• You will work in multi-disciplinary individuals that provide a broad range of consulting services. Working together, we help clients better assess and improve their operations, grow revenue, and manage risks to increase shareholder value. Team members include professionals with a variety of backgrounds including academic and professional experience.
• You will help solve our clients’ toughest challenges in areas such as business transformation, digital strategy & transformation, technology implementation, analytics, customer experience etc. It’s meaningful work, every single day. You’ll drive long-term value across every industry, helping clients find inventive solutions to their business problems. You’ll help them grow, while discovering limitless opportunities to develop yourself across various industries.
• You will be formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance through the power of people, innovation, and technology.
• You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward thinking and agile.
• You’ll collaborate with different cross-functional teams, with the freedom and ability to explore new ideas, prototypes, and design your own solutions. You’ll be transforming businesses, one idea at a time.

Job Requirements

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management and C-level.
• What is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. You’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and passion to develop fast in an international working environment. You’ll need to pick up new skills and talents as you go, so asking questions and having the confidence to speak up are essential.
• Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects

Ideally, you’ll also have (considered an advantage)

• Good appreciation of current market technology and transformation trends (e.g., Data Analytics, Cloud, Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy, Platform-based models etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players

For non-graduate roles:

• Experience from working in a multinational environment or consulting firm
• Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation programs, customer experience, digital services, technology implementation, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives, customer, and industry research
• Client facing experience from a professional services background
