Job description

A translation company based in Nicosia is looking for a full-time administrator.

A comfortable office, a friendly team and interesting work are waiting for you.

No experience is required.

Proficiency in Greek is important, as well as a good command of English and a good/intermediate level of Russian.


Job Duties

  • Advising clients on translation services (cost, turnaround time)
  • Order management (from start to finish)
  • Business correspondence
  • Assisting with editing and proofreading translations
  • Certification of translations in court and at a notary office
  • Keeping records of expenses and sending a summary table of expenses to the accountant


Job Requirements

  • Knowing how to organize and structure the work process, set priorities
  • Excellent command of Russian, Greek and/or English
  • Good PC skills - MS Office
