EXSUS TRUST is the trust and corporate administration division of EXSUS, the international consulting firm (www.exsusinternational.com). We pride ourselves in the quality of service to our clients and on our staff.

We currently wish to employ an Italian Speaking Corporate Services Administrator to be based at our offices in Nicosia


Job Duties

Responsibilities

• Train / Develop in company formations in Cyprus, UK, UAE, BVI, Seychelles, and worldwide,

• Handling own portfolio of Italian speaking clients,

• Liaising daily with banks and agents in Cyprus and overseas,

• Preparation of corporate documentation, and execution of documents received from clients,

• Collection and evaluation of KYC documents and preparation of compliance files,

• Invoicing and following up with clients for payment,

• Execution of payments on behalf of clients.


Job Requirements

Criteria

1. University Degree in Law, Business Administration, or any other related subject,

2. Computer literacy including MS Office,

3. Good communication skills and confidence in leading group conversations,

4. Good organizational skills,

5. Pleasant manner and customer-oriented approach,

6. English and Italian language proficiency,

7. Relevant experience in reputable trust firm in a similar position would be considered an advantage,

8. Knowledge of Quorum would be considered an advantage.
