Our client is a marketing agency built by traders and marketers to serve financial institutions based in Malta. They are looking for a Junior Marketing Sales and Account Manager to work 100% Remotely. 

The Companies mission is to help financial institutions to reach their marketing goals, but also help traders all around the globe to choose among trusted firms that care about the security of their funds.

Tier one global brokers are using the marketing services across the globe. They also have exclusive deals with top financial portals and they can provide advertising in the very best FX and trading platforms.

Job Description

We are looking for a fast learner person, very sensitive to the advertisers needs and dedicated to provide best in class customer service and who is familiar with online advertising language and concepts like CPM, CTR, GAM, etc.

As a member of the accounts team, you will work with current clients of FMM services, helping them with their existing campaigns and being ready to offer them the exact service they may need at any particular moment based on your market knowledge.

You will also work to close new deals by taking care of the several contact requests we receive each day.

Job Duties

• Managing inbound client partnership requests.
• Managing several advertising accounts.
• Increasing the number of clients.
• Analysis and optimization of online campaigns.
• Ensuring on-time delivery and monitoring the correct functionality of your client´s campaigns.
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing findings with the team.
• Owning a rigorous ‘test and learn’ methodology.
• Proposing new ideas in order to find new business channels for the agency.
• Coordinate internally with the services teams to reach excellence in client service.

Job Requirements

• A self-starter with a positive attitude and partnership mindset.
• Full proficiency in English is a must. Spanish and Greek are a plus.
• Familiarity with online marketing language and tools such as GAM, Salesforce, CPM, CTR, etc.
• Basic knowledge in Salesforce CRM and Google Ad Manager (add server)
• Previous experience in FX and financial markets is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and punctual with deadlines.
• Efficient with time and responsibilities.

• Must be proficient in working with customer relationship management online marketing campaigns.
• Must be extremely responsive and sensitive to client's needs.
• Be independent and self-confident at work.
