Job description

VAKU APPS, a technology company, is seeking Office Assistant with partial HR responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the office work, managing the document flow, assisting with staff selection and remote team management, finding necessary information, and resolving various other tasks that may arise during work. 

Job Duties

  • Maintain the smooth operation of the office, resolving various current office issues.
  • Manage the document flow.
  • Assist with office staff selection as well as work with remote team.
  • Performing tasks related to finding the necessary information.
  • Solve various other issues and tasks that may arise during work.
  • Organize the adaptation of new team members (office and remote).
  • Creating a positive and welcoming environment for all office employees and remote members.


Job Requirements

  • Confident PC user, knowledge of basic office programs, Google Sheets and search engines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Desire to develop and acquire new knowledge & skills

Preferred qualifications: similar experience in a similar role, as well as experience working as an account or content manager, HR or recruiter, psychologist, teacher.

Languages: EN, GR, RU/UA (preferably)
