Job description

We are looking for a Traffic Manager / Media Buyer to work in the Limassol office.

The main task is: to purchase mobile traffic from various sources.

Products - mobile applications of various genres and GEO.

Job Duties

Here are your detailed future tasks:

  1. Tasks related to mobile app traffic acquisition;
  2. Achieving established plans for traffic acquisition;
  3. Testing traffic acquisition sources and strategies for the company's products;
  4. Working with advertising creatives;
  5. Ongoing monitoring of advertising effectiveness and traffic conversion;


In perspective:

  1. Transition to the position of the Traffic Team Lead;
  2. Selection of in-house traffic managers or external teams to achieve plans;
  3. Control of traffic managers, discussion of strategies, recommendations for campaigns to achieve plans.

Job Requirements

  1. Experience in mobile user acquisition (App Store, Google Play);
  2. Experience in independent advertising campaigns in various sources;
  3. General experience in mobile marketing - over 2 months;
  4. Experience in setting up of integrations with advertising networks;
  5. Understanding how metrics are built to analyze the effectiveness of mobile purchasing: LTV, ROAS, cohorts;
  6. Creativity - the ability to generate ideas;
  7. Focus on the result, not on the process;
  8. Knowledge of English at the level of written communication and analysis of documentation.

The advantage will be:
Your experience in working on the ROAS model with Google, Facebook, TikTok networks and setting up of integrations to launch this type of a campaign.
