AdProfex is looking for a Family Office Lawyer for their offices in Limassol. 

We are an IT-company, specializing in developing internet-marketing products. We have had a few offices in different countries, including Cyprus since last year.

Job Duties

• Comprehensive legal support for business in Cyprus jurisdiction, in particular, in the following areas:
•  Corporate Law
•  Tax and financial law
•  Commercial Law
•  Personal data and intellectual property
•  Advertisement
•  Real estate
•  Legal support for foreign economic activity, cross-border and intra-group transactions, contractual work;
•  Interaction with state authorities, banks and organizations;
•  Building optimal financially justified and most effective work with external consultants and other service providers in foreign jurisdictions

Job Requirements

• Knowledge Cyprus law and practice
• Knowledge go greek language, including ability to write
• Understanding of beat local practice
