Job description
We are looking for an Office Administrator / Secretary in Limassol office.
Start date: 01.06.2023
Salary: starting from 1,200 Euro gross (depends on the qualification and experience).
Probation: 3-months probation period.
Hours of work: 8 hours working day, 40 hours per week, from 09:00 till 18:00, 1 hour lunch time.

Job Duties
- Perform general office support duties as requested, monitoring and ordering refreshments, kitchen and office supplies;
- Take care of the office, pay office bills and visit governmental authorities from time to time;
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
- Sending and receiving facsimiles, e-mails and liaising with clients over the telephone;
- Managing client files, filing, archiving, labelling and photocopying;
- Composing and typing routine letters, memo, reports, minutes of meetings, etc;
- Translation of documents while maintaining correct grammar, format, and content;
- Sorting incoming correspondence and organizing and sending outgoing post (post office, DHL, Akis Express);
- Working with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, Tax Department, and filling out relevant forms;
- Assisting with document collection and sorting for accountants and auditors;
- Assisting with opening and maintaining clients’ bank accounts;
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- University degree or diploma in secretarial studies or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as Secretary / Administrator.
- Fluent Greek and English is a must. Russian is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to multi-task, troubleshoot and resolve problems while under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
