Service technician

Job description

Service technician will be performing routine maintenance/service on office equipment such as multifunctional printing machines, printers and other office machines

We mainly work with GESTETNER/RICOH brands.

Job Duties

• Respond to service calls and resolve issues
• Technical support to the company’s machines in field (multi-functional printing machines, printers, document shredders)
• Delivery and installation of machines
• Maintaining knowledge related to the company’s products at an excellent level
• The position includes training/exams on the products offered by the company.

Job Requirements

• Very good use of both Greek and English (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of Computers. Understanding of IT systems and networks or training in the field will be considered as an advantage
• European driving license
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Previous experience in office machine maintenance (office multi-functional printers, photocopiers, printers, shredders etc.) will be considered as an advantage.
