Job description

Our clients is a newly established Trading company of building materials in Larnaca looking for an Office Administrator.

Job Duties

  • Handling matters related to the activities of the company and its clientele.
  • You will assist with the communication with our associates.
  • You will be involved with the administrational activities in the office.
  • Coordinating and managing office management activities.
  • Responsible for the filing system of the company.
  • Meeting and greeting guests, arranging amenities and refreshments as needed.
  • Answering all incoming calls, handling caller's inquiries when possible and routing calls as appropriate.
  • Monitoring all incoming and outgoing communication, including faxes and all regular mail, and distributing them to the appropriate receivers.
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and various events of the Company.
  • Ordering and maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies (i.e. stationery).
  • Providing administrative support to the Management and undertaking other administrative tasks as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Secretary degree/certificate or two years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in corporate companies.
  • Excellent language skills and verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Greek and English a Must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility and professionalism.
  • Organised, methodological with a high attention to detail.

Job Benefits

1500 Gross a month + Benefits

Working hours: 9 am to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)

Location of Office: Finikoudes beach, Larnaca
