The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a variety of bookkeeping tasks and performing various accounting tasks, as well as assisting with the preparation of management accounts.

Job Duties

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements and inventory, and preparing the necessary financial reports

• Assist with accounting-related matters, including preparing and reviewing financial documents and tracking expenses

• Monitoring the payable account and ensuring that all suppliers are paid in a timely matter

• Prepare monthly management accounts and other quarterly reports

• Overseeing the daily cash flow and making sure that funds are received in a timely matter from our counterparties

• Ensure that VAT reporting is done on a timely manner

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Competence in Excel

• In possession of an accounting qualification

• Experience in a similar role

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Well organised and attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently but diligently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with accounting software, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and payment processes

• Experience with VAT reporting
