Job description

Our client is a Corporate & Fiduciary Services company based in Limassol and they are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner of the company. The ideal candidate will provide Administrative Support to the Managing Partner and will have experience in dealing with Banks and Compliance Matters. 


Job Duties

  • To provide PA/Administrative support
  • Organise travel itineraries and appointments locally and abroad
  • Managing internal and external correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience 5 years plus as a personal assistant /corporate administration
  • Experience in office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Job Benefits

Starting salary 2,000 EUR gross monthly

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:00
