Our client has offices based in both Limassol and London UK.

They are a lending platform dedicated to education finance. They help people grow by enabling them to fulfill their educational aspirations.

Job Duties

We are seeking to hire a Product Owner who has working experience in the Scrum Framework & SQL You will play a key role in the implementation and delivery of business projects within agreed time frames.

  •     Create project status reporting (Project burndown/ Burnup charts)
  •     Organise Sprint planning and Sprint review meetings along with the Scrum team and project manager
  •     Participates in the strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of the software products
  •     Gathers requirements from the business and involves in the process all stakeholders (for the whole lifecycle)
  •     Partners with IT and logistics functions to successfully deliver initiatives by producing business requirement documents, prioritising deliverables and engaging in the full project delivery lifecycle including business functional testing
  •     Deliver multiple business projects of varying complexity and size
  •     Assess the project risks and create a risk matrix
  •     Manage all stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships
  •     Produce well defined delivery plans that outline key project activities, their sequence and delivery timelines

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  •     BSc/MSc in management, computer science, engineering, or in a related field
  •     Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
  •     Strong business acumen, analytical skills, logical analysis and conceptual thinking
  •     Experience with Scrum Framework and SQL.
  •     Understands business requirements, features, and technical implementation.
  •     Experience in financial industry is desirable
