Our mission is to foster inclusive, safe spaces where people can connect, share passions, and embrace their true selves. To expand further we need an Affiliate Manager that will focus on the dating vertical.

Job Duties

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and recruit potential new affiliates, ensuring their seamless integration into our network.

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with all affiliates, providing dedicated support and regular communication.

- Analyze affiliate performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic incentive plans.

- Utilize Business Intelligence tools for landing page optimization and traffic analysis to ensure maximum conversion rates.

- Maintain accurate affiliate data in our CRM and collaborate with the sales and finance teams to manage the sales process.

- Act decisively on fraud reports and manage any affiliate-related disputes.

- Gather and relay affiliate feedback to align with our sales and marketing strategies.

- Represent us at industry events and conferences, engaging in networking and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in affiliate management, preferably within the online dating or similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and fraud prevention.
- Ability to travel for events and conferences as needed.
