Funding and Payment Analyst (Crypto Experience Preferred) (VAC-A2242)

Job description

This company in Larnaca is a Fintech company (Licensed Crypto Exchange platform) and they are looking for a Funding and Payment Analyst with Crypto experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions related to funding and payments within our organization. Experience in the crypto industry is highly desirable as we operate within this rapidly evolving landscape.

Job Duties

• Manage Funding Operations: Oversee the funding process, including monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Payment Processing: Execute and oversee payment transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Analysis: Analyse funding and payment data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with funding and payment activities. Implement strategies to safeguard assets and minimize exposure to fraud or other financial threats.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and compliance teams, to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial analysis, funding operations, or payment processing, preferably in a fintech or cryptocurrency-related environment
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, and blockchain technology.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with payment gateways, merchant services, or financial technology (fintech) platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in English
  
  Working hours:
  The working hours are 9am-5pm from the office.
  Due to the nature of the position, there is a need for hours work coverage every 3 weeks on weekends, from home (paid as overtime)
