Job description

An International Real Estate firm is seeking to find a motivated Secretary, to join their new offices, based in Larnaca. 


Job Duties

  • Maintenance, mailing, equipment, errands, and shopping/ordering supplies.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Organize the office layout and handle stationery and equipment orders.
  • Maintain the office condition and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements).
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, covering cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, including events, celebrations, and conferences.
  • Assist colleagues with daily tasks.
  • Draft letters/emails and fill in forms accurately.
  • Assist with corporate documents to be submitted to the Registrar of Companies/Banks.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Benefits

  • Gross salary between 1200 and 1400 euro gross depending on experience.
