CEO - Online Gaming - Russian Speaking (VAC-A2296)

Job description

Our client is an UHNW Individual with reputable and established companies in various industries in Cyprus, and who are now expanding the activities into online gaming.

They are looking to hire an accomplished and seasoned high level individual as the CEO (Russian-speaking) with international exposure and experience in the online industries such as Casino or online gaming, to lead and manage all activities across the board related to this start-up company. 

The ideal candidate , will be an multitasker having held previous experience in large companies in the position of CEO currently or in the past. 

Job Duties

• Directing the development and execution of regional business plan.
• Achieving business goals and revenue targets across all countries of the region.
• Own and define product strategy and roadmap for the LatAM;
• Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for each country of the region;
• Recruiting, training, and supporting country managers as well as conducting regular performance reviews Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Regulations bodies collaboration and setting good relationships License acquisition and prolongation responsibilities GROWE HQ coordination;
• Own and define marketing strategy Make new partnership deals.
• Keep the marketing budget in check Prepare business performance reports on regular basis;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years operations management experience of business in the past.
• 3+ international market (LatAm countries is a big plus) is a must.
• 3+ online marketing experience;
• Experience in managing P&L, budget planning, steering, reporting;
• Previous proven experience in managing business units on a country level;
• Ability to manage and control the execution of processes cross-functionally with multiple departments;
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management;
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership.
• Both written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English (Greek is an advantage )
• Experience in specifically online sports and gaming business(will be a plus);
