EXSUS TRUST is the trust and corporate administration division of EXSUS the international consulting firm (www.exsus.global). We pride ourselves in the quality of service to our clients and on our staff.

We currently wish to employ a Corporate Administrator to be based at our offices in Nicosia.


Job Duties

  •  Incorporation of Companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
  •  Opening of Bank Accounts with Banks and Payment Institutions.
  •  Preparing corporate resolutions and minutes.
  •  Filings with the Registrar of Cyprus.
  •  Supporting corporate team in corporate transactions.
  •  Corporate secretarial administration.
  •  Handling calls with clients and authorities.


Job Requirements

  •  Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law or any other relevant field.
  •  3+ years of previous experience working as a Corporate Administrator in either a Law Firm or Corporate Services Provider is essential.
  •  Fluency in both written and spoken Greek & English to a business level is a must.
  •  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  •  Familiarity with WiseBos software will be considered an advantage.
