With over 10,000 clients from 45 countries, Pitsas Insurance is the leading insurance provider for expatriates, Russian speakers, and international companies operating in Cyprus.

The company offers a comprehensive range of insurance products (property, business, cyber, technology, life, investment, saving, yacht, marine, health, vehicle).

The company aims to expand its operations in Limassol and is seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales. Previous experience in insurance sales is not required. The ideal candidate is a person with creativity, communication skills, and fresh ideas who can work with one of the largest client databases in Cyprus. Innovative thinking is encouraged and rewarded. 

Job Duties

  • Proactive call and email sales to international clients (B2B, B2C) communicating with the company.
  • Apply cross-selling strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Schedule and participate in face-to-face meetings with corporate clients.
  • Reach potential customers through various marketing strategies.
  • Handle insurance inquiries from foreign clients appropriately, ensuring that a high level of service is provided. Respond to client emails and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple insurance software programs and CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports and assist with client audits and payments.

Job Requirements

  • Native Russian speaker with fluency in both spoken and written Russian.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of Greek is not required but is an advantage and will be reflected in the remuneration.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related field equivalent skills acquired through experience. Diplomas or certificates from Russia, Ukraine or Belarus are accepted.
  • Administrative work experience is essential. The candidate must be meticulous, as they will handle sensitive economic and health data of customers and process transactions.
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales (international clients).
  • Excellent computer literacy, with proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Spreadsheets, and Excel (including simple formulas).
  • Ability to complete tasks swiftly and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to handle pressure and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a hard-working attitude.
  • Permanent residency in Limassol (or Paphos).
  • Work permit in Cyprus.
  • A driving license is required.

Job Benefits

  • Full-time position with an 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday.
  • Fixed monthly salary (€20,000 – €30,000)
  • Sales commissions (commission rates will be based on prior work experience and language proficiency). Sales commissions are calculated on new and existing production.
