Job description

Our client is a cryptocurrency exchange platform and they are looking for a German Sales Executive to join their team based in Cyprus.


Job Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the German-speaking market.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized interactions.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements, emphasizing the benefits of our client's platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our client's offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a must.
  • Experience in the financial or technology sector will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Familiarity with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; however, academic qualifications are not the primary focus for this role.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 12:00- 20:00
