Job description

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Assistant Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our lead agents in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Job Duties

- Managing property listings, including updating MLS listings and creating marketing materials.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property tours.
- Communicate with clients, prospects, and other agents to provide timely updates and information.
- Prepare and organize documents for transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform market research and analysis to support pricing and marketing strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
- Assist in generating leads and nurturing client relationships.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor in marketing or real estate is preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., estatebud systems).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late hours as needed.
