Job Duties
- Collaboration with the development team;
Reviewing of current infrastructure and planning improvements;
Incident mitigation, if needed.
Collaboration with the DevOps team to make our team excellent.
Job Requirements
All you need is:
- A minimum of 3 years of DevOps engineering experience. Experience working as part of a central DevOps team - responsible for complex projects or several projects would be a good fit;
- Proven technical troubleshooting skills;
- Experience management WEB projects, hands-on experience with typical web components and approaches;
- Experience passing/maintaining compliance (optional);
- Hands-on experience with typical web components and approaches;
- Security practices;
- A sense of ownership;
- Data-driven decisions;
- Solving the root cause, not the symptoms;
- Self-learning (project and necessary skills);
- Upper-intermediate level of proficiency in English.
To be confident with tech stack like:
- IaC (infrastructure as a code): Helm, Ansible, Terraform;
- Cloud platforms: AWS or any other major cloud;
- Containers: Kubernetes, Docker, and optionally Werf;
- Databases operations: any of the major DB/KV (Mongo, PostgreSQL, Redis);
- Experience with CI/CD configuration: Gitalb pipelines, runners;
- Programming language: at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, PHP, NodeJS);
- Experience with configuration Monitoring solutions: any of spread ELK, Prometheus etc.;
- Must have confidence in Linux OS, the ability to troubleshoot/configure networks, and an understanding of HTTP interaction.

And this is how our interview process goes:
- A 30-minute interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and your experience;
- 1st stage of technical interview 1h with our DevOps team to assess your theoretical skills;
- 2nd stage of technical interview 1h to assess your hard skills;
- A final 2-hour interview with four team members to gauge your fit with our culture and working style.
