De.zo Constructions & Developers Ltd was founded in 1976 in Larnaca, initially as a construction company. During the 1990s, due to the rapid growth in the construction sector as well as the increase in demand, the company entered the field of developing, which it is engaged in till this day, on the one hand with construction contracting and other hand with construction development of apartments and houses.
