About the company

Our story began in 2007, when we setup the first estate agency offices, in Nicosia and Limassol districts. During 2009-2010, FOX opened more offices in Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta districts. In 2010, FOX expanded its operations, to provide Property Management & Common Expenses Management services through FOX Smart Property Management. A year later, in 2017, the group started offering Fund management services, by providing investment products in real estate through Mouflon Real Estate Fund Ltd, an alternative investment fund (AIF), regulated and supervised by CySEC. Since then Mouflon expanded to create funds beyond the real estate sector. Today, we are privileged and proud to be considered as one of the largest service-providing organizations in the property sector in Cyprus, with 7 branches and more than 60 personnel.
