Job description

Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit an Executive Director with experience as a Head of Compliance to run their office.

Job Duties

Corporate governance:

Company corporate documents arrangements
BOD meetings management
BOD documents filing
BOD Committees

Banking and finance:

Bank accounts opening
Transactions involvement: own and clients' accounts
Invoices management and approval
Reconciliation supervision
Payrolls arrangements
External Auditors' inquiry's: Annual Financials, Suitability Report, Eligible Funds, Pillar III

Operational involvement:

Counterparties relations
Personnel management
Office environment maintenance
Regulatory governance:
CySEC inquires and communication
Central Bank of Cyprus inquires and communication
Applicable legislation updates

Reporting obligations:

CySEC Portal
Quarterly Statistics
RBSF-CIF
Prudential Supervision and Form 144-14-11

Risk Management Function:

ICAAP
Recovery Plan and Form 20-01
Annual Risk Management Report
Risk Committee
Compliance Function:
General review of the Compliance and AML reports
Dealing Department:
General review of Best Execution policy, KIDs, RTS

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in senior management positions
CySEC Advanced Certificate
Good understanding of every part of CIFs' operation: Dealing, BackOffice, Compliance, Banking
Up to date expertise of CySEC and ESMA legislation
Experience has a Head of Compliance
Non-Executive experience as an advantage

Skills

Excellent delegation and supervision
Efficient time management, ability to work autonomously and meeting the goals
Excellent communication skills

Job Benefits

The company is offering a salary of 75K gross and up per annum based on skills and experience.
