Job description

Our client is a CySEC regulated Forex Company in Limassol, currently expanding and looking for a Dealer. They are investing in good company culture and they work on a hybrid model, i.e. work from home 2-3 days per week depending on Company needs.

Job Duties

• Monitoring price feed to ensure smooth pricing on all trading platforms.
• Receiving and properly recording client orders.
• Monitoring reception and transmission of orders to ensure proper execution.
• Executing client orders when this is not done automatically.
• Reviewing client trading activity to identify abusive trading.
• Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance.
• Providing support to client facing teams on trading related inquires.
• Preparing RTS27 and RTS28 reports.
• Best Execution monitoring.
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to management and other key stakeholders.
• Implementing internal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• A University graduate of Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or any other relevant field;
• 1- 2 years of solid experience in a CySEC regulated CFD Brokerage;
• Excellent knowledge of MT4 platform;
• Advance CySEC certification;
• Knowledge of Crypto-currency trading a plus;
• A strong understanding of best execution policies and procedures according to MiFID II;
• Understanding of hedging mechanics;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
• Good communication & organizational skills;
• Attention to details and strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines;
• Fluent in English (Verbal & Written);
• Knowledge of MT4 Admin will be considered as an advantage;
• Knowledge of Bridging Tools will be considered as an advantage.

Job Benefits

• The salary will be based on skills and experience + 13th salary + medical + discretionary bonus

The working hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)
