Job description

Any experience in the financial sector and the Greek language is considered an advantage. English and Arabic language are mandatory. Company - STARFX PROSOLUTIONS LTD (HE 354556). Salary 1.300 EUR gross/full time, Limassol. 

Job Duties

• Manage relationships with existing clients.
• Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms.
• Assisting with incoming queries from all prospects and clients by telephone and email.
• Achieving key performance indicators.
• Organizing and managing your workflow.

Job Requirements

• Any experience in the financial sector is considered an advantage.
• English and Arabic language is mandatory
• You should be dynamic, self-motivated, and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed.
• You should work well independently as well as in a team.
• Willing and flexible enough to work shifts to provide coverage for your territory when required.
