We are opening our new office and looking for a friendly and responsible Office Manager to join our team! If you’re proactive, creative, have excellent problem-solving skills, and pay attention to details, we’ll be glad to see you as a part of our rapidly growing company.
Job Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team, expense reports, etc.
- Manage office supplies, catering, and vendor relationships, including ordering and billing
- Participating in travel arrangements for company employees
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- Incoming and outgoing correspondence management
- Guests reception (organizing refreshments in the office, business dinners, taxi)
- Help colleagues with their requests
- Look for creative ideas to improve our office life
Job Requirements
- High communication and organization skills
- Experience as an office manager, real estate agent, etc.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with coordination and scheduling
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- A positive and smiling person
- Computer literacy
- Fluent English (B2- C2) and Russian
