We are opening our new office and looking for a friendly and responsible Office Manager to join our team! If you’re proactive, creative, have excellent problem-solving skills, and pay attention to details, we’ll be glad to see you as a part of our rapidly growing company.

Job Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team, expense reports, etc.
  • Manage office supplies, catering, and vendor relationships, including ordering and billing
  • Participating in travel arrangements for company employees
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Incoming and outgoing correspondence management
  • Guests reception (organizing refreshments in the office, business dinners, taxi)
  • Help colleagues with their requests
  • Look for creative ideas to improve our office life

Job Requirements

  • High communication and organization skills
  • Experience as an office manager, real estate agent, etc.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with coordination and scheduling
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • A positive and smiling person
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent English (B2- C2) and Russian
