Job description

This Payment Solutions Company in Limassol belongs to a group of very innovative companies with excellent benefits and they are looking for a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will be part of our Product team who are responsible to design, shape and lead the company's efforts towards product launch with sole responsibility to customer satisfaction, revenue generation, market & competitor analysis, technical design and rollout planning. Relocation is possible.

Job Duties

• As a Senior Product Manager, leading financial products, as well as their Backoffice system, you will have the following ongoing main duties:
• Product Requirements - Collaborate with, and collect requirements from Finance department, as well as Underwriting, Support and others. Engage with vendors, such as the ERP system and Banks. Keep yourself well informed in Regulation and Legislation.
• Utilize all those sources of information, requirements and mandates, to write detailed specifications on how our Backoffice should operate and how financial products should behave
• Product Collaboration - Communicate your findings with R&D and lead the software developers in the process; become a subject-matter expert in your area and assist all relevant stakeholders in developing the product correctly and efficiently.
• Technical Product Management - You will be tasked to build wireframes, flowcharts, sequence diagrams and sometimes ERDs to document your requirements in a proper way
• Business, Data & Financial Analysis - On some occasions, you will also be tasked to assist the relevant stakeholders in forming forecasts and data analysis on revenues, fees and costs.

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years' overall experience as a Product Manager / Business Analyst
• At least 4 years out of your entire resume, working for a Payment Solutions company, or a Financial Technologies / Services company, in a role that is responsible for Backoffice operations, Financial Operations / Products, ERP Integration and Bank integrations
• Certified as a CFA / CPA / ACCA / ACA or any equivalent
• You are passionate about making a good product and love to learn new things
• You are interested in technology and always eager to understand how things work under the hood, you are into the details and not only to the outside look.
• You have true passion for Finance, Data and IT, as well as making things look good and intuitive enough, even if your clients are internal (inbound). You know how to work fast and efficient and can 'make it on your own', however, you are also very open to get feedback from others and are able to compromise, if necessary, while ensuring you are not losing your own input.
• You move fast and always looking for the next challenge.
• You are a pusher and know how to get things done. A true team player

Advantages:

• Experience with any of the following tools - MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
• Experience in B2B companies
• Experience creating Flowcharts, Sequence Diagrams, Wireframes or ERDs
• Experience analyzing and / or creating P&L reports, Balance Sheets and other financial statements
• Experience integrating APIs in general, ERP systems in particular
• Experience designing Reconciliation mechanisms, financial monitoring tools / procedures, etc.
