Chibiphoenix is an international game studio with over 150 collaborators connected everywhere in the world. Independent since 2006, created by 3 French friends, it has HQ based in Bulgaria since 2008. We now want Cyprus to become our new centre of excellence for business development, advertising and marketing. Become the first members of our Cypriot team! Help us build an exciting new team in Cyprus! The first year the job will be full remote, but if business is developing correctly opening offices will become a conversation.

About our activities, we have our own games in manga/anime style. Part of the activity is to work for clients like french telecom operators Orange, SFR and Bouygues. We also have our own platforms Amilova.com and Dragonball Multiverse, which are online communities devoted to comics, manga, indie artists and video games. Our complete network of products entertains over 30 million visitors monthly, with 300 000 daily active players.

Job Duties

* Recruit new affiliates and screen applications.

* Provide customer service to existing affiliates.

* Maintain the creative units and promotions.

* Report on the affiliate program activity.

* Finding new ways to increase performance through the affiliate marketing channel.

Job Requirements

* Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Sales.

* Detail-Oriented: must be detail-oriented, especially when tracking data, analytics, and reports.

* Professional: must maintain a professional presence at all times, especially while crafting and responding to emails or customer inquiries.

* Organized: must manage their time and resources efficiently.

* Interpersonal skills: must deal with a range of people in different roles, both inside and outside the organization

* Culture in games and/or video games.

* Keen interest in and knowledge of Anime, Manga and Pop Culture

* Previous experience as an affiliate manager

* Good knowledge of French
