Job description

Our client is a Technology Company based in Nicosia seeking to employ a TEMPORARY Accountant/Administrator who will be needed for 1-3 months to support our talented team of consultants and developers.

This is a temporary position, on a month by month basis with a minimum 3 months.

This position is suitable for people who enjoy working in a challenging environment and have a passion for technology and its ability to transform business.


Job Duties

  • Issuing quotations, invoices, receipts, statements. Managing receivables and administrative communications with our clients.
  • Issuing purchase orders. Managing payables and administrative communications with our vendors.
  • Supporting and validating bookkeeping by our external accountants. In the near future, performing bookkeeping in-house.
  • Supporting the daily operation of our office (collecting post, handling office procurement, offering hospitality to guests).
  • Offering secretarial support and other assistance to the company director.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • A high level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • An LCCI or similar accounting qualification will be considered a significant advantage.

Job Benefits

  • We offer a competitive salary based on ability & experience and flexible working conditions.
  • 1200-1400 Gross a month
  • Flexible working hours 8-4 or 9-5
