Job description

Our client, a CySEC Regulated FX Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a candidate to fill the position of Office Assistant. We are seeking a highly motivated, well organized, and adaptable person, who shares our values and our commitment to quality.

The role of Office Assistant will pick up all office management related duties and will be reporting to the Director in the Cyprus office. You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for managing the office space and its associated invoices, arrangements and requirements and collaborating with the global People team in AMS and London for planning and executing events and social initiatives.

The ideal person will have at least 6 months/1-year of experience in Office Management. He/she will also be a self-starter and will possess a natural ability to work under pressure.


Job Duties

  • First point of contact for anything office-related, dealing with requests and queries from team members
  • Order and maintain stationery, drinks, office supplies and collect parcels
  • Responsible for managing office budget and record office expenditure
  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures (H&S, Travel etc)
  • Dealing with insurance brokers (Employers' Liabilities, Management Liability Insurance)
  • Health and Safety for the office
  • Enhancing the office experience from a logistics as well as an environment/culture perspective - make sure it's a great place for the team and external visitors
  • Provide support with benefits administration, log payroll changes, and manage staff expenses
  • Provide administrative support for the directors as needed
  • Act as a Cyprus Representative for the Social Club in Amsterdam and plan and execute company events i.e.. Christmas, Summer party, team gatherings and treats etc.

Job Requirements

  • 6 months/1-year minimum experience in Office Management
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
  • Eu-citizenship

The working hours are 9am-6pm
