Retail Associate

Job description

Our client is a Finnish technology company best known for their food delivery platform. They make it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to homes or offices. Currently, they are looking for a Retail Associate to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will ideally have a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor or equivalent, and an experience or strong interest in analytics.

Job Duties

• Onboarding retail venues into the company's platform including photography, menu updates, translations and training
• Creating selections and ensuring retail partner selections on the platform are accurate
• Handling retail support together with your fellow employees in our Support team
• Proactively helping retail partners in order to improve their performance
• Helping out with marketing campaigns for retail partners
• Assisting the rest of the Retail team in any additional tasks related to working with retail partners.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification as Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor or equivalent - this is an entry level position
• Experience or strong interest in analytics
• Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
• Experience within account management, customer support or administration
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented
• Self-starter and a passion for food
• Fluent in Greek & able to work in English
• Highly motivated and super enthusiastic
