Accountant

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiast Accountant with 3 years minimum experience, in the Forwarding and Logistics Industry. 

Job Duties

• Daily update of freights outstanding's list.
• Daily check and analysis of incoming cost invoices
• Issue invoices on client D/NS, C/NS, and issue rectification letter invoices
• Issue journal vouchers
• Handle all accounting operating entries
• Conduct several auditing activities: freight audit and job audit
• Prepare inward and outward Commission
• Prepare Budget vs Performance Reports
• Handle invoicing for all agencies
• Bank reconciliation
• Follow up with customer's due balances (aging report)
• Insert J/V's - R/V's - P/V's to system audit supplier's invoices
• Perform other related activities as requested by General Manager / Operations Manager 

Job Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in Forwarding and Logistics Industry
• Fluent Greek/English both verbal and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Accounting Bachelor Degree
