Job description

Our company is seeking to recruit a Head of Brokerage to join our team in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring trading instruments and platforms.
Monitoring and adjusting trading instruments settings and parameters.
Application of operational procedures and ensuring of all internal processes and controls are in line with compliance.
Execution of all client transactions as required by Leverate Financial Services Ltd order execution policy.
Assist clients on their queries with respect to trading and Leverate Financial Services Ltd trading products.
Assisting of the risk management department.
Monitoring of the transaction flow for all clients with relevant investigations conducted towards irregular activity.
Monitoring of financial market activity on a continuous basis across a range of asset classes.
Preparation of reports as requested from the management.
Liaison with third parties for both internal and external purposes to ensure a smooth and reliable trading experience for clients.
Conducting of onboarding and refresher training courses for dealers to carry out their duties effectively.
Carrying out of ad-hoc duties as assigned by respective line managers.
Contribution towards a positive and dynamic working environment.

University/College or other Degree in relevant fields (Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other)
Minimum of 1-year experience in the Forex industry within the Dealing Department.
Advance CySEC certification would be considered as an advantage.
Fluency in English for both written and verbal forms - an extra language would be considered as an advantage.
Good knowledge of both traditional and innovative financial markets.
Experience of foreign exchange and CFD products (usage of trading platforms).
Possesses strong analytical skills and can work under pressure.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work shifts (Monday – Friday).
