Job description

Our client is an International firm with offices in Cyprus and they are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager with project management skills. This is a role for a talented leader: you will contribute significantly to the Sales increase of their new eshop sites and be involved in new revenue streams development. You will play a key role in enhancing platforms capabilities and have meaningful impact on new eshops launch. Success implies the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, showing excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with employees from different countries across all functions

Job Duties

• Lead, guide and coach our international Marketing team.
• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
• Set and track content KPIs and coordinate with Analytics to foster data-driven decision making
• Prepare the necessary documentation to Designers
• Daily coordination with in-house developers
• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
• Set and track content KPIs and coordinate with Analytics to foster data-driven decision making
• Performing User Testing in new and existing functionalities deliveries
• Extracting valuable findings from data and competition analysis and present them to make informed decisions.
• Studying and applying best practices in our ecommerce site

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant business, preferably in eshop businesses
• BA in Marketing or other relevant degree
• Fluency with web design elements
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced marketing-oriented environment
• Heavy user of Social Media
• Fluency in Social Media Marketing landscape, including Fb, Twitter, Instagram ads and also in rising channels such TikTok, etc
• Frequent eshops customer
• Full understanding of digital selling platforms and trends
• Proven leadership skills
• Analytical and communications skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, self-driven personality
• Quick learner
• Fluent English speaker
• MSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies will be considered an advantage
