Job description
Our client is a Financial Services Company in Limassol looking for an Administrative Officer to help the AML Officer.
Job Duties
- Dealing with local and foreign UBO'S (The instructions will be given always by the AML Officer)
- Communication with the client to collect the documents (Passport / Identity Cards and utility bills and any other supporting as concern AML matters)
- Complete the relevant KYC Forms
- Recording and updating the AML software
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience within an Audit firm or a Service Provider dealing with AML matters
- Strong business communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of eBOS Software is a plus, but not necessary
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible)
