Job description

Our client is a well established full service law firm based here in Limassol specialising in Corporate and Financial Law. They are looking to employ a Corporate/ Commercial Lawyer to join their team here in Cyprus.

Job Duties

• Drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate and commercial documents.
• Assisting in the handling of all corporate legal processes including mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, intellectual property, compliance issues, etc.
• Research and anticipate legal risks

Job Requirements

• Relevant law degree
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong computer skills and competency.
• Professional attitude and strong personal ethics.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a law firm environment.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Basic litigation skills will be considered a positive.
