Job description

Our client, a CySEC licensed forex broker in Limassol, has branched out and is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their company.

Job Duties

• Supporting and guide various company departments
• Develop and enforce sound policies and structures for the growth of the company.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process and supervise the execution of daily tasks.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Reporting directly to the General Manager and preparing relevant reports on the business performance
• Participate in expansion activities
• Manage relationships with partners/Service Providers
• Ensuring compliance of the Company's activities with local legislation
• Facilitating effective communication among the company's group of companies
• Participation in decision making on the matters related to the Company and its projects
• Culture champion
• Can take on different functions at different times as needed

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in a management role within the forex industry
• University Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or any other relevant field
• Be highly aware of market trends, new technologies, new FinTech products and business models.
• Good leadership skills.
• Well-developed customer relations skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Job Benefits

• 3000 - 3500 monthly gross
