Funding and Reconciliations Officer (VAC-A21325C)

Job description

Our client, a CySEC licensed forex broker in Limassol, has branched out and is looking for a Funding and Reconciliations Officer to join their company.

Job Duties

• Performing reconciliations of client's funds, CRM Platforms, bank accounts and payment providers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Identifying amounts pending as well as investigating any discrepancies in the reconciliations
• Follow up errors to be corrected and ability to coordinate with relevant departments in the company
• Communicate with external payment providers and banks on discrepancies and information required
• Able to adjust easily on any new product and payment method onboarded by the company
• Identifying and designing possible refinements to the reconciliation process and pass the logic to the team
• Processing payments through online banking systems of banks and PSPs
• Ensuring the payment gateways are active and working properly
• Processing and monitoring deposit failures and resolving any PSP errors maximizing the deposit approval rate

Job Requirements

• University degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, or any other related field
• Reconciliation experience of at least 1 year in the forex industry is a must
• Excellent computer skills with Excel
• Good knowledge of MT4 and MT5
• High level of attention to detail and ability to identify errors and resolve
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information
• Excellent English Written and verbal communication skills
• Great team player
