Punin Wine - the store with the largest selection of wines, champagne and spirits in Cyprus is expanding and looking for a full-time Recruiter/HR Manager.

Job Duties

• Active search and selection of personnel;
• Conducting interviews;
• Maintaining HR analytics within the functionality;
• Participation in the implementation of other tasks within the framework of the recruiting and adaptation department.
• Effective resolution of conflict situations in the team.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of English/Greek or Russian;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience in recruiting from 1 year;
• Ability and desire to work for the result;
• Desire to develop in the field of HR;
• Initiative, dynamic, team player.
